What is the name of your state?pennsylvania-My boyfriend turned himself in after missing a court appearance but when he called ahead of time asking where to go first he was told the court location and then instead the marshals met him at a mcdonald's. Is this normal or could there be another reason why they met him at another location and then brought him in?
