I am an argentie lawyer willing to obtain a legal TRAINEE at a law firm in USA.
In case I obtain an UNPAID TRAINEE, what do I need to do? Is there a special VISA for these cases?
Thanks. Juan Roza

I do not think there is a way to come to the US as a unpaid trainee. You have to apply for immigration just like any other non-us resident. Sorry. You can apply for employment based immigration if you have special skills that a US employer needs. Good luck.
