Hi, Is there anybody out there who knows a-z about this?
My case involves revocation of nationality because of foreign residence (Sec. 340(d)).
I have left the US about ten years ago and got back to my native country (Iran) shortly after becoming a Naturalized Citizen. Now I want to get back.
Do they really enforce this section? What is the idea behind it?
If I have already lost my Citizenship Status because of it, what are the chances in case I appeal against it?
What is the right way of getting it back without spending a fortune on it?
I appreciate your kind assistance.
