I am marrying my lady from latin america.
From other info sources, she could easily
get a visa (spouse) provided all documents are in line when we apply at the US embassy in her country. From my research, i have to file for her, either for a fiance or spouse , wait and her visa will be issued. this is a real marriage, and the separation is unbearable. Any stories or helpful info

Try to get her just a fiance visa but u guys have to get married within 90 days otherwise your honey will be sent back to her country. Or jsut have her appyly for a regular tourist visa.
