yes, my friends were married. he was a citizen and she wasn't and they have children. anyway she broke a law and was incarcerated from time to time. the husband withdrew his petition, now she faces deportation. she has no sponsor anymore but she still wants to stay because her children. if she had a lawyer would it be helpful. what does she have to do? what can she do? is their any hope? it's such a sad situation

Your friend should certainly consult an immigration lawyer. It may be possible to obtain a waiver despite these circumstances.
