I was born in New York,NY to parents who were at the time diplomatic representatives of a foreign country to the UN. What are my chances of obtaining a US citizenship by birth in the USA?

Generally, if a person was born in the U.S. and subject to its jurisdiction, that person is a U.S. citizen. However, if a person comes into the U.S. with diplomatic immunity (therefore not subject to the U.S. jurisdiction), most cases their children are not U.S. citizens. Consult an immigration lawyer if that's the case with your parents. https://attorneypages.com
