Hi,
I am an US citizen and now vacationing in Hong Kong. Somehow I found a job
here with a US based company and I want to stay here for a while. However, now
I have other problems. My wife and daughter are only permanent residents of
US. Does that mean they need to go back to the States every six months to
maintain the status? Somehow I found out that my wife could apply for US
citizen without the 3-year residency requirments provided that her spouse,
like me is working for an US company that has foreign operations.
What king of US companies can qualify for this condition?
If this is true, how do I proceed for my wife citizenship application. Any
advice will be much appreciated.
