My contract with xyz company says that the contractor may not terminate the contract till the end of the contract.
and I am placed at the client side of this xyz company.
1. This clause means I cannot be in an accident as this will mean termination from myside.
2. what can be done to avoid this.
3. Can I approach the court to make ammendment to this clause as it is unfair.
4. Should I approach the DOL.
I wasnt aware of this clause?
