What is the name of your state? Colorado
Regarding a Reckless Driving ticket i got and that was reduced to a speeding ticket by a DA no jail was involved only a fine and points.
Since the ticket was reduced to a speeding ticket, dose it show at all as a reckless driving in my record (it showed as speeding at my insurance company)?
Is this a misdemeanor or crime after or before being reduced?
