Canadian minor wants to be American

My boyfriend of 2 years and his family live in San Francisco California, and I'm in Ontario with my mom at the moment. I'm 16 (17 in November) and was wondering how it might be possible to get a visa to move to America as a permanent resident (in their home) and student or if it is at all possible.
