I am from NY and I apply green card thru my employer. Working visa is only up to 6 years and mine expires this Sept. My put in application in Labor Dept. March 97 and now they are working on application one year prior to priority date. I have been in this country for 14 years. Pls. reply if you have any advise. Thanks.
