green card for illegal immigrant

How could a person who has been illegal for three years get a green card considering he does not have immediate relative?

If someone illegal with no papers here wants to marry a US citizen what are the steps before and after the wedding for both, what is the easiest and cheapest way to apply for a green card thru atty or ins office, and how can the person start working immediately to earn an income for self and family. what can a person waiting for a green card do legally for support. Can person go out of US for honeymoon/travel, during application process and what kind of ID can be obtained inorder to get a driver's lic, insurance, etc. Also if illegal person has a US born child how can this benefit the person in any way. Can a child support case against an illegal person hurt or help explain.
