While I am going through this RIR, my wife has ran away with my 2 days old baby. My wife came to America through me (and I am sponsored by my employer).
After my hearing for divorce, does she become out of status within 30 days? I do not want her to be my responsibility, I am only requesting for full custody of my baby girl (US citizen) my wife's visa is till 2001.
Can she be deported after she is found, since she would not be married to me anymore and will be out of status???
