I gave birth to my son here so he is U.S citizen by birth. I came to U.S. on a B1 visa and because of an accident i could not get back to my country and gave bith here. So i am an overstayer for over 1 year. My question is: am i entitled to any immigration benefit sice my son was born here? I know that when he is 21 years old he can be a petitioner to me. But i would like to raauise him here and i am confident i could sonce i hold a Bachelor deggre in Mechanical Enginering. Thank you for the advice.
