i am trying to find out about restoring my rights [ including firearm rights] after a felony conviction. i was convicted in 1994 and have not been in any trouble since. what is the process to restore my rights.do i need an lawyer. if so how much does it usually cost? i would be gratefull for any help or advice that i can get. felonies are non-violent. thank you in advance
