I am a Canadian working in US on TN.
My wife is an Indian. Her TD was refused
by the US embassy at India for not providing
I-797 pettotion approval. TN does not involve a petition. I am not able to convince
the US embassy India. All i have with me is
a I-94 with TN stamped and G-711 fee receipt
form. pls help!
