I am on an h1-b work visa.

I have found a new job in early Dec. The company has
filed for my H1-B transfer. The I-129 petition was
received by INS on Feb 10th and SRC no. was issued.
The pay stub i submitted was of Sept and Oct.

I am on an unpaid vacation(unpaid leave of absence)
since Oct. Since i got married in Sept, my current
company has granted me this long leave of absence.

Will INS request for the latest pay stub which i don't
have?. If INS request, please advice what to do?.
My present company is ready to issue me a letter
stating that i am on an unpaid leave of absence. Would
this be sufficient?.

Thanks in advance
