My wife is not a u.s. citizen but is about to apply for a resident visa, we were married in venezuela 2 years ago and married again in the u.s. 6 months ago, should we disclose both marriages to immigration officials, is it legal to be twice married to the same person, can I disclose only my u.s. marriage without getting into trouble? (we currently live in Venezuela)
