Please help. My boyfriend applied for an employment visa ages ago. INS request some more info, mainly on his schooling and such, and this has only delayed the processing time by months. He is worried since it is taking so long to be processed, that his employer might change their mind.
We are considering, applying for a fiance visa while we wait, to see which of the two comes first. We have a few concerns such as how long does a fiance visa take? And is it legal to apply for two different visas at once? Can we do this? We don't want to do anything to jepordize our relationship and his chnaces of coming here to the US. But this is taking so long and we are really wanting to find a quicker option.
Any help on this matter, would be super appreciated as we both feel we are grabbing st straws trying to find any help.
