Registration and new plates

What is the name of your state? Washington

I lived in OR and was moving to WA the same month my plates expired. I still haven't gotten new plates in WA. Now I can't find my registration for my vehicle. Do I have to get a copy from OR, even though it's expired and then registor in WA? Will I get a fine? Please help, I just want to get this taken care of.

You really should be asking these questions of the licensing authority in your new home state.
