Ex from Peru. Married 2 years and are now divorced. He never got citizenship. Has charges of family violence. Broke my tooth and nose. He filed for custody of our two children. I called INS to report the family violence. What are chances he will be deported? He says he can't go back to his country because he didn't renew his military card. We are in Texas.

If he is convicted of a crime he's out of here. But he might take the kids with him, even illegally. And I doubt that a draft card violation is grounds for amnesty.....
