I have f2 status.My son was born here,i need to know what if iam eligible to stay and raise him in his country.I also need to know why ami denied to work in the US while having a US citizen as my son.

I believe you don't have any rights to be in the U.S. just because your child is a US Citizen until your child turns 21 and can petition for you. As an F-2, you're required to depart when your status terminates. It's up to you whether or not to leave your son here, i.e. with a relative, or to take him back with you. I'm not sure, though, so you'd probably be wise to check with INS.
