The no parking sign was posted while I was parked! wilmington Delaware

This morning I parked my car at the market street Wilmington Delaware and there was a no parking sign saying: "no parking date 12/31/2004" when I came back 1 hour and a half latter there was a new paper sign on top of the old one changing the date 12/30/04. I have both signs with me! How can I fight this ticket?

If you're saying you stole city property, then pay the parking ticket and keep your mouth shut.
