I got a green card as a spouse of citizen last December. Iread that after I got a green card for three years, I may apply for citizenship. I want to know when this three year begins. Is this begining at last December or when I got a working permit.

If married to a US Citizen, the residency requirement is 3 years subsequent to LPR status.
