I am here in the USA on a family sponsorship. I still have to wait 12 months for my green card, but have employment authorization. My Q is this: Am I entitled to register my own business? If so - may I register this business and then sponsor a foreigner on an H1-B visa? Or do I have to wait for my green card to do this...
