I had a H-1b stampinmg on my passport till March 31st 2000 but changed employers in Jan 1999.The H-1 from the new company was rejected by the INS and i continued to stay in the U.S. until i came to know that the transfer had been rejected. My old company cancelled my H-1 on April 1999.I left the U.S. on mArch 28th 1999 and currently have received a new H-1b for consular stamping. Will i have a problem at the embassy?
