Hi,

I am a US citizen currently living in the US. My Fiancée who is from Egypt will be visiting me this Summer on a Student Visa.

We are planning to get married this Summer. And after the marriage; I will file the Citizenship paper work for her.

But, the problem is she is planning to go back to Egypt to get her College degree. She only has one year to go. And she will be coming back.

Now would this cause any problems with the INS? Will they think the only reason she came to the US was to obtain Citizenship, and this is a fake marriage.

I would appreciate anybody's advice regarding this matter.

Thank You
