What is the name of your state? Dublin, Ireland

Hi

Hopefully somebody may be able to help me with this.

I bought some equipment worth around 3,500 off a guy on Ebay last Summer. I transferred the money by wire transfer into his bank account in June and, in spite of numerous promises, he has not sent me the goods!

I've seen him crop up all over the web selling similar equipment and I've built up a file on him using his SSN and other info..

Considering that I'm in Ireland, how would I sue him?

Also, what do people think would be the appropriate courts, legal routes etc.. to use to get to him. He is in Kingman Arizona, although he uses different addresses in different states such as Nashville, Texas, Ohio and Florida.

I know who he is and everything about him..

Any advice appreciated..

Regards

Kevin
