Marriage/Divorce, Illegal Alien

My boyfriend came to this country as an international student. He then got married but never submitted his marriage to the INS. Now he would like to be divorced because he does not want to be married to whom he is married now. He would in turn like to marry me. What do you advise?

You want to marry someone who married someone else and now does not want to be married so he can marry you ??. Have you been married before ?..

Save yourself.. wait 12 months after he is no longer married before you marry him.
