I have to take my son's father to Domestic Relations, in order to obtain regular child support. If he gets arrested too many times, can he loose his citizenship?

No.. once a citizen, always a citizen. Once you 'become' a citizen (ie, born in another country) you effectively denounce your former country and therefore you no longer have any place to be deported to.
