What is the name of your state?NY
I applied for a NY state pistol permit in April of 2004.As of today (1/4/05) I still have not recieved a reply.According to NY state law they have to give me an answer in 6 months time,it has been nearly 10.I contacted the sherrifs department today and they said that the judge hasn't made his descision yet.apprently this judge is not bound by the same laws as the rest of us.It must be nice to be special.I would like to know if there is any legal action I can take.
