What is the name of your state? The offense took place in Boston, MA- Roxbury County, 1992.

I have a bench warrent for failure to appear on a ticket issued in Boston for wrong way on one-way and illegal window tint in 1992. At the time, I had a Georgia Driver's license and GA tags. I returned to GA and forgot about the ticket. There is now a hold on my license with the National Registry. Boston says I must return there to pay the ticket, but am currently living in Las Vegas. Would like to know if there is any way to resolve this without returning to Boston?

I doubt it. You could call the commonwealth's minions, but I suspect you'd better surrender in Massacusetts.
