What is the name of your state? New Jersey

After being terminated, I signed the severance agreement.

My issue is stock options. They were granted and vested and must be exercised within the ninety days as stated in the agreement.

I previously worked for co X who was bought by co XX. I had options at X which were converted to co XX stock. Co XX is stating the previous X co stock needed to be exercised 30 days after last employment date not 90 days as stated in the agreement

Since I signed the severance agreement releasing then of any claims do I have any legal recourse? If so what legal course and any statue of limitations to file?

Can I sue for breech of contract, etc?

Thanks
