What is the name of your state? Florida

My daughter works in Florida for a company that is headquartered either in Nebraska or California. She recently resigned and they are refusing to pay her for her accrued vacation. If there are any state laws governing this, which state law would apply--Nebraska, Ca or Fl? and what does the law require? Thanks

Florida State reg's would apply since that where she's working. Florida has no reg on this so it's entirely a matter of company policy. If they don't want to pay her for her vacation, they don't have to.
