I was given a ticket for speeding at the first of december, and opted for deferred adjudication. My period is not up until Late March. I just received another ticket for ot wearing a seat belt 2 days ago. Will this affect me in any way? Is there any way to get out of the ticket or to postpone it until after the deferrment? Will defensive driving help?
