my fiancee has a 12 year girl who has a learning disability. she scores in the bottom 10 - 5% in california testing in school. she is now and always is in special education. how or can we apply now or later for disability for her. she will never be able to hold a job. her main language is spanish so her english is at a very minimal level and her math skills are at a 1st grade level.
