What is the name of your state?Texas I have a friend who was arrested for 4 grams of cocaine 2 1/2 years ago. He took a plea and was sentenced to 6 years probation. Well, he was still using at the time and did like 3 months of probation and then skipped out on it. If he turns himself in, will they most likely make him do 6 years TDC or county time with 2-for-all's or will they most likely tighten the sentence? He has in fact stopped using and wants to put this behind him, but wants to know if there is a chance that he can go back and do probation or is he looking at a long stay in an over-crowded jail? Thanks for your help.
