Property was sold for 250,000. hurricane floyd came in a flooded it. the new owners did not have flood insurance. They now state they will not make anymore payments, they will mot seek to improve or even clean the premisis and we can forclose on this now useless piece of property. We live too far away to go and try to improve this property and couldn't afford it anyway since we already spent 225,000 on it before they bought it.
