What is the name of your state?FL
Need info on this topic. Conviction would be for desertion from military. What rights would be affected? Is this a broad sweep loss of right to vote, right to carry a firearm (please tell me other rights affected) or is it on a state by state basis, as I know some states do not have felony disenfranchisement laws re: voting. Also if there is an easy answer regarding, barring a change in the laws, is this loss permanant? Thanks
