my exboyfriend bought a house together about 6 years ago..i left him going on 3 years ago..the house has never been sold therefore my name is still on the house...he is still living at the residence...i put money down on the house as well...its been a year now that he keeps saying he doesnt know if he wants to refinance or sell...he wants me to sign a quick deed on it and i refused...what are my options??? can i make him sell??? there is equity in the house.
