my exboyfriend bought a house together about 6 years ago..i left
him going on 3 years ago..the house has never been sold therefore
my name is still on the house...he is still living at the residence...i
put money down on the house as well...its been a year now that he
keeps saying he doesnt know if he wants to refinance or sell...he
wants me to sign a quick deed on it and i refused...what are my
options??? can i make him sell??? there is equity in the house.

There are all sorts of things to do. First, get a lawyer as you can't do them yourself, and what you are entitled to (and you are probably entitled to some share of the value) depends on a lot of facts and circumstances that I can't guess at. Second when you understand the situation, ask the lawyer to send a lawyer's letter setting out your demand. That should wake up your ex and motivate him to settle as he'll know the next step is being sued. You'll also know if the settlement is in the ball park.
