I live on the top of a small hill overlooking the harbor. Many families have lived here year for generations and enjoy the beautiful view. Recently a homeowner who lives below us on another street (and who had been renting her home for past few years) moved in and planted a small tree in her backyard. While this tree does not obstruct our view now, it is only a matter of time before it grows larger and will. What recourse do we on this hill have to retain our view as the woman has refused to move the tree (it was planted a week ago and could be moved without much effort)? Thank you for your help.
