This is in response to my last posting and the reponse it received. With the growing concern in this country for the people to help in the aid of their elderly parents, would it not be discrimination against the fact that her father is disabled and is not able to care for himself, and the complex is not allowing her to make it possible for her to care for him. She and her husband have offered to pay a whole new deposit until they can be remibursed for the deposit in the unit they currently live in. Is there any type of discrimnation laws that cover a person that is caring for a disabled person???
