my boyfriend bought a house last year with his exgirlfriend the loan is in his name but both their names are on the deed when he moved out it was with the understanding that she would get a loan for the house now she living their and threatening to quit making the payments and wont move out or take her name off the deed.help what do we do
if she would move out we would move in and pay it ourselves.but if he starts making payments while shes there and her name is on the deed shell never leave.but meanwhile the loan is still in his name

He can sue for partition if she won't cooperate. But try dealing with the ex as real people. She may not be all that bad.
