A large oak tree is on my property but the limbs overhand adjoining property which causes sap to drip on cars, clogs gutters, shades part of the neighbors house.
Neighbor has asked me to remove the tree.
Am I obligated to take any action? If yes, what action?
thx JM

you are not required to do anything but the
owner where the tree overhangs his property
does have the right to trim what is on his
property.
