Real Estate Mess

Hi Everyone:

HELP...I have a bit of a mess.A real estate broker had said houses in the area i have a deal going for in New York was worth about 230k,and the appraisal came in at 196k.They don't want to let me out of this,without a major penalty...Can someone help????thanks i would appreciate e-mail to me @ [email protected] i thank people in advance for their help i feel boxed into a corner,even my lawyer is frustrated...any suggestions??? thank you

You can't believe the brokers. But the banks often low ball appraisals as they don't know the market very well. ASK FOR IT TO BE RE-EXAMINED.
