noisy neighbors

Our property boarders a flower nursery. The problem is that months ago they started playing the radeo so loud I can hear it inside my house. It starts at 7am-4pm everyday. We have asked repeatedly for them to turn it down, have even called the Sheriff. It gets better a day or two then back to the same. We have lived here 10 yrs. I also work nights, so I need to sleep durning the day. Is there anything else I could do?

I would write a letter to the owners of the nursery letting them know your complaint and that you are considering taking legal action. The threat might be enough to do the trick. If not, what about sleeping with heavy duty ear plugs or running a fan inside your room to make white noise?
