Our closing date has been extended 3 times already and the seller is still dragging her feet to get the required documentation for us to close. We were suppose to close today(again) and have not received any notification from the sellers attorney what the next extension date is. Is there anything we can do to make the Seller stop delaying this transaction?

Ask your lawyer if there is any penalty clause in the contract, or the right to walk away from it after a certain time, etc. Find out the reason she is stalling -- it's hard to believe that it's only paperwork -- unless there was a death, etc. You could sue for specific perfomance, but that may be expensive -- unless the contract gives you attorney fees if you sue and win.
