Getting divorced. Judged ruled
wife and I sell house and she can
live there until it sells. She
doesn't want it to sell. Realtor
turns out to be a friend of hers.
Is listed a/ her until Feb. I
never signed contract w/ the
realtor, so what are my rights?
House is priced too high. I want
it lowered, wife does not. What
are my rights? If I want to make
offer and the house and wife does
not accept, what then? HELP

Get your lawyer to tell you the practical alternatives! Each local court is different. It is a tough place to be. If it's been on market too long, get a court order to sell, but if it only just went on, that's a judgment call. As far as the broker goes, people always use friends.
