What is the name of your state? offense in NOrfolk Virginia, I reside in MN.
Random selected because of a missed flight, luggage searched before going on to the plane (on carryon). I went through the security check , pulled for extensive ssearch again due to (SSSSS) on my ticket. sent on my way. Got on the plane, and not 5 mns. was alled to the front, and told to get mybelongings and there were two police officers to escort me. They found 2 "glass" pipes scraped to the max in my luggage. I didn't admit nor deny they were mine. then went' to a little room and the one officer, told me to be honest , he hated liars and it was the difference between a misdeamenor or a felony. I was honest told them they were mine, I had them with hadn't used them in over 2 months and was returning them to MN for proper burial. He gave me a "Virgiiia Uniform summons" law section 18.2-2651 Poss drug paraphnalia. My question is: He told me I was to appear in ourt in 10 days. back in Virgina 2/2/05, After looking at the Ticket, it says on it I an pay a fine, but alos says "READ NOTICE ON REVERSE SIDE" WHICH talks about appearing in court. Can I all or look up the fine amount and just pay it.? Thank you whoever decides to take the time and help me. I hope I did this thread thing right.

You didn't get enough responses?
If you hadn't used the pipes in a few months, Why did you take the trouble to bring them with you?
